Adding staff accounts to Cleverific

This article discusses the permissions necessary for staff accounts to access Cleverific, where to find these permissions, and how to set them up.

All Cleverific plans come with unlimited access for every staff account in your Shopify store. All staff accounts should be able to access Cleverific but need to have a minimum set of permissions assigned to them in the Shopify Admin. By default, the staff member is set to have full permissions and access to the admin when you create a new account.

Set staff account permissions

To set staff account permissions for accessing Cleverific, perform the following steps:

  1. From your Shopify Admin, go to Settings > Users and permissions.
  2. In the Permissions section, click a staff member's name to open the account details.
  3. The following screenshot shows the minimum checkboxes required for a user to access and use Cleverific. A staff account must have at least these permissions.

  4. Click Save to confirm the changes
