Uncancelling an order
While orders can't be uncancelled, duplicating an order in Shopify will lead to the same result. You'll find in this article how to create a draft order with all the same details as the cancelled order using Shopify's Duplicate feature.
Duplicate cancelled orders in Shopify
1. Open the cancelled order in your Shopify admin.
2. Click More Actions, then click Duplicate from the dropdown menu:
You should now be directed to a new draft order with all of the same order details as the cancelled order.
Please note: refunds cannot be reversed in Shopify. If the order you are duplicating was refunded, you will need to collect a new payment from your customer.
